This policy explains how TruSphere MD Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you browse our bilingual website, request an appointment, book services through our scheduling platform (Boulevard), or receive text messages from us.

What we collect

  • Site analytics: Non-identifiable usage data (pages viewed, device type) via privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Booking + intake: Name, mobile number, email, and treatment interests submitted through our appointment request form or our Boulevard booking and intake forms.
  • Communications: Emails, texts, or voice mails sent to our published channels for scheduling or aftercare.

How we use information

  • Scheduling + reminders, including bilingual confirmations and instructions.
  • Clinical safety review by the supervising MD prior to treatment.
  • Regulatory compliance (Texas Medical Board, HIPAA, Texas Privacy laws).

Third parties & storage

  • Boulevard, our scheduling and client-management platform, hosts booking, intake, consent records, and appointment text messages on our behalf.
  • Payment processors handle card holds; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Email + SMS are routed through HIPAA-capable vendors with access controls.
  • Onsite concierge is provided by building staff under confidentiality agreements; they only access arrival details needed to greet you.

  • If you check the SMS consent box on our appointment form or otherwise opt in, we send appointment-related text messages: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and aftercare instructions. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
  • Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for more information, or call (214) 918-5853.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (such as our scheduling platform and its messaging carrier).
  • We do not sell personal information, including mobile numbers.
