Booking & cancellations

• Appointments require a credit card hold; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $100 fee.
• Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be rescheduled to protect safety and sterile timing.
• All patients must complete Aesthetic Record intake and consents before treatment.

Telehealth & communications

• Virtual intake is limited to education; prescriptions or treatments occur in Texas with the supervising MD present.
• We offer English and Mandarin support; translations are provided as a courtesy but the English consent remains the legal record.
• SMS/email reminders may include links; never send PHI through unsecured channels.
