Third parties & storage

• Aesthetic Record hosts booking, consent, and clinical notes with BAA coverage.
• Payment processors handle card holds; we do not store full card numbers.
• Email + SMS are routed through HIPAA-capable vendors with access controls.
• Onsite concierge is provided by ST Beauty Spa staff under confidentiality agreements; they only access arrival details needed to greet you.

• Aesthetic Record 负责预约、同意书与病历，签有 BAA。
• 支付服务商负责信用卡预授权；我们不保存完整卡号。
